- a living room with couch, kitchenette and dining area, 3 satellite TVs (with radio & info channels, as well as an extensive channel package) & free internet access
- 2 bedrooms each with foot-free double beds, sofa bed in the size of 200x90cm, free room safe and bed linen.
- 2 bathrooms (a 1×1 m shower and a 100×160 cm large shower) and a separate WC
- Balcony of 12 m² (south-facing) with garden table and chairs

Kitchen equipment:
Kettle, filter coffee machine including filter, Nespresso machine, ceramic hob with 4 plates, fridge with freezer compartment, glasses, crockery, pots & pans, cutlery & cooking utensils, broom & dustpan, dishwasher with washing-up liquid, microwave oven, sponge and tea towel, and vacuum cleaner (on the floor).
Bathroom facilities:
Toilet paper (replenished 1x per week), hair & body shampoo, towels (changed 1x per week), bathrobes (rental fee € 10,- per robe & week), cosmetic mirror with magnification, step stool and hair dryer in our vacation apartment Fiss, the ski vacation apartment and children’s vacation apartment Hiking.
Equipment of the bedrooms:
Free safe with keypad and bed linen (changed from a stay of 10 days) in our Fiss apartment, the children’s and ski apartment.
Our cleaning service in your Fiss Ladis vacation apartment:
Once a week the apartment is vacuumed, the towels and tea towels are changed and the toilet paper and cosmetics are replenished.
