Welcome to Appartement Haus Sonnenterrasse in Fiss, where vacation dreams become reality!

We want the booking of your vacation apartment in the heart of Fiss to be as uncomplicated and pleasant as possible. You will therefore find all the important information about our booking conditions here, which are designed to guarantee you a carefree booking.

Information about the prices:

1. visitor’s tax:
All prices quoted are exclusive of tourist tax of € 2.60 per person per day (from the age of 15).
From November 2024, the visitor’s tax will increase to € 3.70 per person per day.

2. services included:
The following services are included in the price:

• Internet access (W-Lan) in every apartment with your own notebook, tablet, smartphone….
• Parking lot directly at the house
• Bed linen in the bedrooms of your vacation apartment Fiss
• Sauna towels (for the duration of your stay)
• Towels, shower towels (1 x towel change during the week, on request also daily for a contribution towards expenses of € 2 per towel)
• Rental backpack with cooling function (for the duration of your stay in your favorite vacation apartment in the heart of Fiss)
• Free use of the sauna hut, infrared cabin and outdoor pool in the garden
• Free use of the barbecue area with charcoal grill
• In winter: Participation in the long sauna night in our outdoor sauna with various infusions and drinks

Cancellation of your booking:

The general terms and conditions of Haus Sonnenterrasse apply (version dated 11.06.2013).
Here again is an overview of the cancellation conditions:

• up to 3 months:
  Processing fee of € 20, but no cancellation fees
• 3 months to 1 month:
  40% of the total booking price
• 1 month to 1 week:
  70% of the total booking price
• in the last week:
  90% of the total booking price

Advance bank transfer or cash payment on site!

Occupancy of the apartments:

The apartment is booked for the number of persons you have specified and may not exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment (on the website and in the offer).
Additional persons (adults and children) are only possible by prior arrangement and will be charged at a surcharge of € 50 per person per night.
We provide cribs and highchairs free of charge.

Breakfast buffet in winter:

Surcharge for our breakfast buffet:

• 0-2 years: € 0
• from 3 years: € 1.00 per year of age
• Adult: € 19,00 per person

Bathrobe in your vacation apartment Fiss Ladis:

We are happy to provide you with a cozy bathrobe for the duration of your stay for a fee of € 10,- per person. You can obtain this at the reception of your vacation apartment in Fiss Ladis.

Travel cancellation insurance:

Your light-heartedness is important to us! We therefore recommend that you take out combined travel cancellation and rescue insurance (incl. helicopter rescue flight). You can find out more at www.europaeische.at.

SUPER.SUMMER.CARD:

• € 6 per night/adult/youth (from 2007)
• € 3 per overnight stay/child (born 2008-2016)
• Infants (born up to 2017) free

Ski depot in winter:

• € 7,50 per locker / day (for up to 2 persons)
• The ski depot is located directly at the valley station of the cable car, just 150 m away.

Arrival and departure:

We ask you to plan your arrival so that you can move into your apartment between 2.30 pm and 6.00 pm and vacate it by 9.00 am on the day of departure.
To avoid waiting times, we kindly ask you to inform us of your planned arrival time a few days before arrival.

Dogs:

Your four-legged friends can only be brought along by prior arrangement.
There is a surcharge of € 40 per night (without food).

We provide the following for dogs:

• Food bowl & water bowl
• Ceiling
• one large & one small towel for drying off

Dog rules:

• Your dog must be “house-trained”!
• Unfortunately, your dog is not allowed in the garden.
• After consultation with us, your dog can be brought into the parlor for breakfast.

Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited in the entire building!

Competition conditions:

Cash redemption of the prize is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded. By participating, you agree to the publication of your name and a picture if you win. Stay on request and availability.
