Smoking ban:

In the event of smoke from a fire or cigarette smoke, the wireless smoke detectors, which have been installed throughout the house for safety reasons, sound a loud alarm and are immediately forwarded to the Fiss fire department.

If it is a false alarm (e.g. smoke due to burnt food), the fire department will charge 400 euros.

Safe:

You have your own room safe for valuables. The operating instructions can be found in the safe.

Key/keycard:

The security needs of our guests are very important to us. We have therefore decided to lock all doors using a keycard.
Damaged or lost keycards will be charged at 2 euros each.
Note: The keycards automatically lose their validity on the day of departure. Please return the card.

Phone:

One unit costs 22 cents and will be charged the evening before you return home. Internal calls are free of charge.

Laundry:

You can wash and dry your own laundry in the new bike room Bike & Park.
A wash costs 7 euros and will be charged at the end of your vacation.

Advance reservation:

We are happy to accept advance reservations for the coming year.
Please let us know the desired vacation period so that we can enter it in our booking calendar. The reservation will only be confirmed by us after your confirmation.

Hiking bus:

The hiking bus runs daily between the Serfaus-Parkcafe and Ladis cable car stops. In the interests of traffic calming and sustainability, it was decided to largely dispense with journeys through the village areas.

Waste separation:

We are legally obliged to separate our waste. Therefore, a big request to you:
Do not wrap the waste in plastic bags and do not put different materials into each other. For reasons of hygiene, we ask you to separate your waste and take it to the containers.
The following containers are available: Plastic, cans (aluminum), glass, tetra packs, paper, cardboard, organic waste, residual waste

Reception:

If reception is not manned – simply call. Use the telephone at reception or in your apartment.
Both are free of charge.

Damage:

We ask you to take care of our furnishings and to report any damage immediately.

Super Summer Card:

In the 2024 summer season, an amount of € 6.00 per adult overnight stay and
€ 3.00 per child overnight stay will be charged in order to maintain the guest offer in the usual quality in the future and to promote innovative further development.
The price is not included in the apartment price.

Table tennis:

Table tennis can be played on the roof terrace of the outbuilding.

Trampoline:

On the roof terrace by the outbuilding.

Water quality:

We have the finest mountain spring water that you can drink straight from the tap without hesitation.

Room service:

Sauna

If you love nature and want to experience the atmosphere of a sauna bath in a solid wood sauna in the great outdoors, you’ve come to the right place. Treat yourself to this fun in the original Tyrolean spruce wood sauna.
With a wonderful view of our beautiful landscape and the setting sun behind the mountains, you can get a little closer to the forces and elements of nature in an effective way in wonderful surroundings!

Please note the following:
Towels can be found at the sauna – use the back entrance.
Please do not leave any used towels in the sauna, there is a laundry basket in the house for this purpose.

Please let us know of any special requests regarding infusions or opening hours.
We will try to find a solution together with you.

Handmade

Individual pieces made of wood, something sewn or perhaps something healthy?
We have small souvenirs on the roof terrace of the wooden building.
You can simply bring these to reception and pay there.

Bread roll service:

You choose your personal favorites of fresh bread,

let us know by 10:00 a.m. at the latest and deliciously fragrant bread will be waiting for you the next morning

from our bakery directly at your door.

All-mountain bike tickets are valid for the bike park and all trails! Unlimited rides incl. bike transport on the following lifts: Sonnenbahn Ladis-Fiss, Schönjochbahn I and II, Almbahn, Komperdellbahn, Lazidbahn, Alpkopfbahn, Sunliner and Waldbahn.
No rides possible on Möseralmbahn.
