Smoking ban:

In the event of smoke from a fire or cigarette smoke, the wireless smoke detectors, which have been installed throughout the house for safety reasons, sound a loud alarm and are immediately forwarded to the Fiss fire department.

If it is a false alarm (e.g. smoke due to burnt food), the fire department will charge 400 euros.

Safe:

You have your own room safe for valuables. The operating instructions are in the safe.

Key/keycard:

The security needs of our guests are very important to us. We have therefore decided to lock all doors using a keycard.
Damaged or lost keycards will be charged at 2 euros each.
Note: The keycards automatically lose their validity on the day of departure. Please return the card.

Phone:

One unit costs 22 cents and will be charged the evening before you return home. Internal calls are free of charge.

Laundry:

You can wash and dry your own laundry in the new ski room.
You are welcome to use the washing powder that we provide for this purpose.
A wash costs 7 euros and will be charged at the end of your vacation.

Advance reservation:

We are happy to accept advance reservations for the coming year.
Please let us know the desired vacation period so that we can enter it in our booking calendar. The reservation will only be confirmed by us after your confirmation.

And children only pay half price.

Waste separation:

We are legally obliged to separate our waste. Therefore, a big request to you:
Do not wrap the waste in plastic bags and do not put different materials into each other. For reasons of hygiene, we ask you to separate your waste and take it to the containers.
The following containers are available: Plastic, cans (aluminum), glass, tetra packs, paper, cardboard, organic waste, residual waste

Reception:

If reception is not manned – simply call. Use the telephone at reception or in your apartment.
Both are free of charge.

Damage:

We ask you to take care of our furnishings and to report any damage immediately.

Snowshoe hiking:

Experience the mountain world differently: A pleasure for beginners and advanced skiers alike.
No skiing skills are required.
Registration possible at the Fiss-Ladis ski school.

Table tennis:

Table tennis can be played on the roof terrace of the outbuilding.

Trampoline:

On the roof terrace by the outbuilding.

Ski room

Our new ski room is available to our guests:

The security of your equipment is important to us and therefore access is only possible with a valid keycard from our company.

In-house ski room to “park” your skis, cross-country skis, snowboards, touring skis and much more, as well as your baby carriage.
Our ski room is located in the outbuilding.
A lockable locker is available for everyone.
The use of the ski lockers at the Hexenalm ski depot remains … for 3.75 euros per person/day.
Ski boot dryers ensure that your ski boots are nice and warm at the start of your skiing day. In the ski.room sun terrace both at the Hexenalm ski depot.

Sauna

If you love nature and want to experience the atmosphere of a sauna bath in a solid wood sauna in the great outdoors, you’ve come to the right place. Treat yourself to this fun in the original Tyrolean spruce wood sauna.
With a wonderful view of our beautiful landscape and the setting sun behind the mountains, you can get closer to the forces and elements of nature in an effective way in wonderful surroundings!

Please note the following:
Towels can be found at the sauna – use the back entrance.
Please do not leave any used towels in the sauna, there is a laundry basket in the house for this purpose.

Handmade

Individual pieces made of wood, something sewn or perhaps something healthy?
We have small souvenirs on the roof terrace of the wooden building.
You can simply bring these to reception and pay there.

If you are planning an earlier departure or have a slightly different daily program, breakfast is also possible before 7.30 a.m.

Bread roll service:
You choose your personal favorites of fresh bread, let us know by 11:00 a.m. at the latest and the next morning you can expect wonderfully fragrant bread from our baker directly at your apartment door.

Toboggan evening

On the toboggan, you “whizz” through a beautiful winter landscape from the Schönjochbahn middle station, over the Sonnenburg into the valley. And when the sun slowly sets and night falls, that’s when the fun really begins – night tobogganing:

Every Thursday up to and including 04.04.2024 from 17.45 to 21.30.
Schönjochbahn I and Sonnenbahn Ladis-Fiss open from 17.45 to 21.30.
Märchenexpress open from 17.45 to 21.00.

How does it work?
Toboggans can be hired directly from Haus Sonnenterrasse.
Free hire
If the toboggan is damaged or not returned, 150 euros will be charged for the toboggan and 20 euros for the safety lock.

Helpful tips
A ski helmet protects you in the event of a fall.
Only allow smaller children to toboggan alone if they can steer and brake safely.
Never toboggan upside down and head first. An upright sitting position with the upper body tilted slightly backwards is ideal. This makes it easier to steer and brake and reduces the risk of head injury.
Only ride a toboggan on a snow track. NEVER pull on the road with grit. This will damage the runners.
Use the free safety lock to protect the toboggan against theft.

Super.summer.card

Summer vacation
Even in summer it can be: Off to Fiss.

At check-in you will receive the Super.Sommer.Card for only 6.50 euros/night/person and so your vacation can begin.
The cable cars, hiking buses and countless attractions are available to you with this card. The anticipation of the summer days is twice as great, because with the Super.Summer.Card your time out will be even more unforgettable.

With the SUPER. SUMMER. CARD. allows unlimited use of all mountain lifts in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. This means that young and old can travel effortlessly up to the desired altitude with a “gondola” network of 11 mountain lifts that is unique in the Alpine region and from there start hikes and walks along the hiking and themed trails in the fascinating alpine and mountain world of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.
