Winter is just around the corner! What could be nicer than breathing in the cold, fresh mountain air, hearing the snow crunching under your feet and letting your gaze wander over the snow-covered landscape!

Our vacation region, the sunny plateau of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis in the upper Tyrolean Inn Valley, is known far beyond the borders as a fantastic vacation paradise. Our extensive ski area offers adventure and fun for everyone. Whether active holidaymakers, pleasure skiers or families, here in our ski and snowboard world everyone will find the perfect conditions for individually tailored leisure activities. 214 kilometers of pistes and 460 hectares of perfectly groomed slopes with varying degrees of difficulty and 12 official, well-marked off-piste routes for off-piste skiers and ski tourers are available for winter sports enthusiasts.

But you can also find pure winter fun away from the slopes. Over 100 kilometers of winter hiking trails invite you to discover the surrounding area – the Panorama Pleasure Trail and the Almpromenade lead you into the snow-covered mountain world and offer a fantastic panoramic view of the majestic mountains. You can also gain wonderful impressions while tobogganing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or on a horse-drawn sleigh ride.
Numerous mountain restaurants and rustic huts with sun terraces invite you to take a break and sample Tyrolean specialties. The southern location of our three villages of Fiss, Ladis and Serfaus gives us and our vacationers more than 2,000 hours of sunshine a year!

Family vacations are our top priority! Since the 1980s, we have been striving to offer families an unforgettable stay and tailor-made leisure activities.

A cozy end to the day

After an eventful day in the great outdoors, you deserve a little rest and relaxation! We at Sonnenterrasse Fiss, your vacation apartment in Fiss, recommend our guests to visit our rustic sauna hut. Our “Finnish sauna” with 85 degrees is always open from Sunday to Thursday and offers varied sauna pleasure with changing aromatic oils. Towels are available free of charge. We are also happy to offer a family sauna at 60 degrees once a week on request. We also invite you to use our infrared cabin by the bathing pond!

• Our apartment house, your ski vacation apartment in Fiss, is located in the pedestrian zone of Fiss, just 150 meters from the valley station of the Fiss cable cars. A conveyor belt behind our house will take you directly there.
• In-house ski room at ground level (with WC and shower) for skis, snowboards and baby carriages – only accessible with a valid keycard from our apartment house
